Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. All of our products are made to order and fulfilled through a print-on-demand partner. Please review our return policy carefully before placing an order.


Made-to-Order Items (Final Sale)

Because each item is custom printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Color or style preference

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect item ordered

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

Please refer to the size charts and product details carefully before purchasing.


Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of receiving your item so we can make it right.

To submit a claim, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Returns & Exchanges

In most cases, approved claims do not require the item to be returned.
If a return is required, we will provide specific instructions after approval.

Please do not return items without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the issue was our error


European Union & United Kingdom Customers

Under EU and UK consumer law, custom-made and print-on-demand products are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period.
This means we do not accept returns for change of mind on made-to-order items.

This does not affect your rights if an item is defective or not as described.
